- Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, maintaining positive and productive relationships to promote long-term partnership and business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to drive agent acquisition and retention.
- Train and onboard new agents, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our products and services and are equipped to effectively promote and sell them.
- Monitor and analyze agent performance and provide feedback and guidance to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise within the agent network, working closely with other departments to find solutions.
