
Sales & Account Manager

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including banks, financial institutions, and other partners.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential areas for business growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and account management.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to clients and senior management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure compliance in all sales and account management activities.
- Act as a brand ambassador for MoneyGram International, promoting the company's products and services to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes to enhance overall performance.
- Train and mentor junior sales and account management staff as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Account Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing Client Relationships
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders
Knowledge And Understanding Of International Money Transfer Industry, Including Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
