Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Marketing Analytics Or Customer Insights, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Sas, And Tableau.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Drive Data-Driven Decision Making.
