- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth and expand business opportunities for MoneyGram International.
- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to develop and execute business plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Identify and pursue new revenue streams, including new product offerings, market segments, and geographic regions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the financial services industry, including regulatory changes and competitive landscape.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including presenting business plans and progress reports to senior management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Business Development Or Sales, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Strategic Business Plans To Drive Revenue Growth.
Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Mentor And Manage A Team Of Business Development Professionals.
