- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital analytics strategy to drive business growth and support decision-making for our digital product portfolio.
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in user experience and product performance.
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to generate insights and recommendations for optimizing digital product performance, user engagement, and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and technology, to develop and execute data-driven initiatives.
- Lead the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates on product performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital analytics and proactively identify opportunities for improvement in our analytics processes.
- Manage and mentor a team of analytics professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their career goals.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders, effectively communicating complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data.
- Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of our digital analytics strategy and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Digital Product Analytics, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Sql, Data Visualization Tools (E.g. Tableau, Power Bi), And Web Analytics Platforms (E.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Data To Various Stakeholders.
Experience With A/B Testing, User Behavior Analysis, And Data-Driven Decision Making To Drive Product Improvements And Optimizations.
