- Identify and develop new business partnerships and opportunities in order to increase market presence and drive growth for the company.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partners and target markets, and develop strategic plans to approach them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, industry influencers, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new partnerships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively seeking out and closing new business deals.
- Utilize industry knowledge and trends to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Act as a brand ambassador for MoneyGram International, representing the company's values and mission in all interactions.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for the company.
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential partners, showcasing the benefits of partnering with MoneyGram International.
- Continuously evaluate and improve business strategies and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness in business development efforts.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure the company's offerings are aligned and compliant.
- Represent MoneyGram International at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services and build relationships with potential partners.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Business Development Or Sales, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Pursuing New Business Opportunities
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Partners
Knowledge Of International Markets And Experience Working With Diverse Cultures And Business Practices.
