  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand business opportunities in the DACH region.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the DACH market, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  5. Drive sales and revenue growth through effective business development strategies.
  6. Analyze market trends and customer needs to continuously improve and adapt business development strategies.
  7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of MoneyGram's products and services.
  9. Represent MoneyGram at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and build new partnerships.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in the DACH market.
  11. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a strong and knowledgeable business development team.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to support overall business objectives.
  14. Continuously seek out new opportunities and partnerships to expand MoneyGram's presence in the DACH region.
  15. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success in business development efforts.
