  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and increase market share within the global financial services industry.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships through market research, networking, and relationship building.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, banks, and other relevant organizations.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  5. Conduct presentations and negotiate deals with potential partners to secure new business opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with the product development team to identify and implement new products and services that align with market needs.
  7. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate new business leads.
  10. Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, progress, and achievements to the senior management team.
  11. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to optimize business development operations.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and industry regulations.
  13. Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting its mission and values in all interactions.
