- Develop and implement network strategies: Plan and execute innovative network strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives to support growth and success.
- Ensure network effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current network strategies and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Network management: Oversee all aspects of network management, including provider contracting, credentialing, and network performance management.
- Drive results: Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans to drive positive results in network performance and provider relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other departments, such as finance, marketing, and operations, to align network strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay informed on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in network management to continually improve and innovate our network strategies.
- Lead and develop a team: Recruit, train, and manage a team of network professionals to support the execution of network strategies and ensure high-quality network management.
- Foster strong provider relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with providers to ensure a strong and effective network.
- Ensure compliance: Ensure all network activities and strategies are in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Communicate effectively: Effectively communicate network strategies and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
Extensive Experience In Network Strategy And Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Network Strategies For Large Healthcare Organizations. This Should Include Experience In Managing Provider Contracts, Negotiating Rates, And Developing New Provider Relationships.
Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Current Trends, Regulations, And Challenges. This Will Enable Them To Develop Effective Network Strategies That Align With Molina Healthcare's Goals And Objectives.
Proven Leadership Skills: As A Vp, This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive Results. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Mentoring A Team, As Well As A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Network Strategies In A Leadership Role.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: This Position Will Involve Frequent Communication And Negotiation With Internal Stakeholders, External Providers, And Other Healthcare Organizations. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Information And Negotiate Favorable Terms For Molina Healthcare.
