Job Description

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual looking to take your career to the next level? Molina Healthcare is looking for a Vendor Accounts Analyst who can ensure accuracy and efficiency in the accounts payable process. As a Vendor Accounts Analyst at Molina Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical services. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of accounts payable and general accounting principles. Additionally, you should have excellent organizational skills and be comfortable working with numbers. If you have experience in the healthcare industry, that is a plus. We are looking for an individual that is a self-starter and has a strong sense of ownership. The ideal candidate should also be able to work independently and in a team environment. Most importantly, you should be highly motivated and have a desire to help Molina Healthcare succeed.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in the accounts payable process.
  2. Provide financial, administrative, and clerical services.
  3. Possess a solid understanding of accounts payable and general accounting principles.
  4. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and be comfortable working with numbers.
  5. Work independently and in a team environment.
  6. Be highly motivated and have a desire to help Molina Healthcare succeed.
  7. Track and process payments to vendors in a timely manner.
  8. Reconcile vendor accounts and investigate discrepancies.
  9. Review and verify invoices and check requests.
  10. Maintain vendor records and files.
  11. Prepare and process accounts payable checks.
  12. Communicate with vendors and respond to inquiries.
  13. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
  14. Prepare and submit monthly financial reports.
