- Develop and implement quality interventions to improve the overall performance and outcomes of Molina Healthcare.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to quality interventions and healthcare services.
- Lead a team of quality intervention specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of interventions.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination and integration of quality interventions across the organization.
- Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of quality interventions and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and continuously identify opportunities for enhancing the quality of care provided to members.
- Provide training and education to staff on quality interventions, compliance, and industry regulations.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment of quality intervention processes and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between Molina Healthcare and regulatory agencies in matters related to quality interventions and compliance.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to quality interventions and compliance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability among staff members.
- Handle any escalated issues related to quality interventions and compliance, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining the highest level of member satisfaction.
- Complete performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Management, Quality Improvement, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Quality Improvement Role, Preferably With A Managed Care Organization.
Knowledge Of Quality Improvement Principles, Tools, And Methodologies Such As Lean, Six Sigma, And Pdsa Cycles.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations For Improvement.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Mentor Team Members In Quality Improvement Initiatives.
