  1. Develop and implement quality interventions to improve healthcare outcomes for low-income individuals and families.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to quality interventions and healthcare services.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop effective interventions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor progress.
  5. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all quality interventions and compliance activities.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality interventions and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Communicate regularly with management and stakeholders to provide updates on quality interventions and compliance efforts.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality management and compliance.
  9. Train and educate staff on quality interventions and compliance requirements.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement within the organization.
  11. Participate in audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on quality interventions and compliance for internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Handle any issues or concerns related to quality interventions and compliance in a timely and effective manner.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve processes related to quality interventions and compliance.
  15. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to showcase our commitment to quality healthcare services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Management, Quality Improvement, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Quality Management And/Or Compliance In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Six Sigma.

  • Experience With Government Regulations And Accreditation Standards, Such As Ncqa And Cms.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Diverse Team And Effectively Present Information To Senior Leadership.
