At Molina Healthcare, we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Sr. Specialist, Provider Quality and Practice Transformation. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare industry and be committed to driving change through quality improvement, practice transformation, and operational excellence.The Sr. Specialist, Provider Quality and Practice Transformation will be a key member of the Provider Quality and Practice Transformation team, responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure Molina’s providers deliver the highest quality of care. This individual will provide critical support to ensure that the provider network is meeting Molina’s standards for quality, compliance, cost efficiency, and health outcomes.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, experience in provider quality and practice transformation, and the ability to think strategically while balancing operational needs.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field• 5+ years of healthcare industry experience, preferably in provider quality and practice transformation• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills• Demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement and data analytics• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)If you have a passion for making an impact in healthcare and are committed to driving quality and practice transformation, we invite you to apply to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to ensure Molina’s providers deliver the highest quality of care.
  2. Monitor provider network performance to ensure that it is meeting Molina’s standards for quality, compliance, cost efficiency, and health outcomes.
  3. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and data analytics.
  4. Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Communicate effectively and solve problems.
  6. Organize projects and initiatives.
  7. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiently.
  8. Stay up to date with healthcare industry trends and developments.
