
Sr Specialist, Member Engagement

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of developing and executing strategies for increasing member engagement and satisfaction.We are looking for an individual who is able to think both strategically and tactically, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is able to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.To be successful in this role, you must have:• A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field• Five + years of experience in healthcare, member engagement, or a related field• Proven experience in developing and executing strategies to increase member engagement and satisfaction• Advanced knowledge of customer relationship management systems• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and within a teamIf this sounds like the opportunity for you, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategies to increase member engagement and satisfaction • Develop and maintain relationships with members • Utilize customer relationship management systems to improve member engagement • Monitor member engagement and satisfaction levels • Analyze data related to member engagement and satisfaction • Develop and implement strategies to improve member engagement and satisfaction • Train and mentor staff on member engagement processes • Collaborate with other departments to ensure member engagement goals are met • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase member engagement • Manage member surveys and review results • Monitor industry trends and best practices related to member engagement
