  1. Conduct legal research and analysis on various healthcare law topics.
  2. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
  3. Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
  4. Maintain and organize legal files and documents.
  5. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other external parties.
  6. Manage the tracking and completion of legal deadlines.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement legal strategies.
  8. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to healthcare.
  9. Conduct due diligence and assist with contract negotiations.
  10. Provide support to attorneys during audits and investigations.
  11. Prepare and maintain legal budgets and expense reports.
  12. Train and mentor junior paralegals.
  13. Keep sensitive information confidential.
  14. Participate in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner when interacting with external parties.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Legal Knowledge: A Sr Paralegal At Molina Healthcare Should Possess A Comprehensive Understanding Of Legal Principles, Procedures, And Terminology In Areas Such As Healthcare Law, Contract Law, And Litigation.

  • Experience In Healthcare Industry: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working As A Paralegal In The Healthcare Industry, Preferably In A Corporate Or In-House Legal Department.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For A Sr Paralegal At Molina Healthcare. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Complex Legal Concepts To Non-Legal Stakeholders.

  • Attention To Detail: The Role Of A Sr Paralegal At Molina Healthcare Requires A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail When Reviewing Legal Documents And Contracts, Conducting Legal Research, And Preparing Reports.
