Sr. HEDIS Specialist

Molina Healthcare is looking for a Senior HEDIS Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced healthcare professional with a comprehensive understanding of HEDIS, NCQA, and other healthcare quality standards and requirements. This individual will have the ability to develop and execute strategies to ensure quality improvement and improve the healthcare experience of our members.The Senior HEDIS Specialist will provide technical expertise in health plan quality improvement activities, create and maintain HEDIS-related reports and analyses, and assist in the development and execution of Quality Improvement programs. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of current trends, policies, and regulations.To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare, public health, or related field and a minimum of five years of experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in healthcare quality. Demonstrated proficiency in HEDIS and NCQA guidelines is essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate for this role will have strong problem solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excellent organizational skills.
