  1. Conduct data analysis and interpret findings to support the healthcare mission of Molina Healthcare.
  2. Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights within pharmacy claims data.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions to support decision-making.
  4. Develop and maintain data models, databases, and reporting systems to ensure accurate and timely delivery of insights.
  5. Design and implement data visualization tools and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  6. Monitor and track key performance indicators related to pharmacy claims and provide recommendations for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  8. Manage and manipulate large datasets using SQL, SAS, or other programming languages.
  9. Identify and address data quality issues to maintain the integrity of the data.
  10. Present findings and recommendations to various stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on pharmacy claims data and provide guidance to other team members.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to obtain and integrate additional data sources for analysis.
  13. Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures.
  14. Mentor and train junior data analysts to support their professional growth and development.
  15. Adhere to all data privacy and security regulations to ensure the confidentiality of member information.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Analyzing And Interpreting Pharmacy Claims Data, Preferably In A Managed Care Setting.

  • Proficiency In Sql And Other Data Querying Languages, As Well As Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Outliers In Large Datasets.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Particularly Related To Pharmacy Claims.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
