  1. Develop and maintain predictive models to identify potential risk adjustment opportunities and improve accuracy of risk scores.
  2. Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data to identify patterns and trends that impact risk adjustment.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing predictive models and make necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in predictive analytics and risk adjustment methodologies.
  6. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Develop and maintain data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data used for predictive modeling.
  8. Train and mentor junior analysts on predictive modeling techniques and risk adjustment processes.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of new risk adjustment initiatives and projects.
  10. Contribute to the overall success of the Risk Adjustment team by actively seeking opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Quantitative Field: A Sr Analyst, Risk Adjustment-Predictive Analytics At Molina Healthcare Should Possess A Master's Or Ph.d. Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Statistics, Mathematics, Or Data Science. This Level Of Education Demonstrates A Strong Foundation In Statistical Modeling And Predictive Analytics.

  • Experience In Healthcare Analytics: Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Healthcare Analytics Role, Preferably In Risk Adjustment Or Population Health Management. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Coding And Claims Data, As Well As Experience In Analyzing And Interpreting Healthcare Data.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Software: The Sr Analyst, Risk Adjustment-Predictive Analytics Should Have Advanced Proficiency In Statistical Software Such As Sas, R, Or Python. These Tools Are Essential For Conducting Predictive Modeling And Data Analysis In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate With Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, As They Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Analyzing Trends In Healthcare Data To Support Risk Adjustment Initiatives. Additionally, The Sr Analyst Should Have The Ability To Think Critically And Develop Innovative Solutions To Complex Problems.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: Molina Healthcare Values A Collaborative Work Environment, And The Sr Analyst, Risk Adjustment-Predictive Analytics Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Share Insights And Findings With Cross-Functional Teams.
