  1. Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data to support business objectives.
  2. Provide valuable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve healthcare outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to communicate data findings to stakeholders.
  5. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in healthcare data.
  6. Utilize statistical methods and software to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare data and trends, providing guidance and support to team members.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analysis and healthcare to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  9. Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  10. Adhere to data privacy and security regulations to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive healthcare information.
  11. Train and mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques and best practices.
  12. Take initiative in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to gather and analyze data for various healthcare initiatives.
  14. Participate in meetings and presentations to share data insights and recommendations with leadership and stakeholders.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of Molina Healthcare's mission and values and align data analysis efforts to support them.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Economics, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Data Analysis Role, Preferably In Medical Economics.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Reimbursement Methodologies, And Risk Adjustment Models.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools And Software Such As Sql, Sas, And Tableau.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data Findings To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
