Job Description

Molina Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Analyst to join our team as we strive to provide high-quality, affordable care to our members. In this role, you will play a vital role in analyzing and reporting on Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) measures to drive quality improvement initiatives. If you have a strong background in data analysis, an understanding of healthcare quality metrics, and a desire to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

  1. Conduct data analysis and reporting on healthcare quality measures, specifically HEDIS measures.
  2. Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to drive quality improvement initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement action plans based on data analysis.
  4. Monitor and track progress of quality improvement initiatives and report findings to management.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices in healthcare quality measurement and reporting.
  6. Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data analysis.
  7. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Work closely with other analysts, data scientists, and healthcare professionals to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare quality metrics and provide guidance to team members and other departments as needed.
  10. Continuously review and improve data collection and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data.
  11. Participate in quality improvement committees and work groups to drive organizational change and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  12. Stay informed on regulatory requirements related to healthcare quality and ensure compliance in all reporting and analysis activities.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to collect and analyze data for quality measurement and reporting purposes.
  14. Serve as a mentor to junior analysts and provide guidance and support as needed.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to Molina Healthcare's mission and values, and actively contribute to the company's efforts to provide high-quality, affordable healthcare to its members.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Quality Improvement, With A Focus On Hedis And/Or Quality Reporting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hedis, Cms, And Ncqa Requirements.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting, Including Proficiency In Sql And Data Visualization Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Key Stakeholders.
