  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of healthcare services provided by Molina Healthcare.
  2. Conduct regular audits and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of current quality management processes and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop action plans and implement process improvements.
  4. Monitor and analyze data and performance metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for further improvement.
  5. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to quality management in healthcare.
  6. Train and educate staff on quality management processes and procedures.
  7. Lead quality improvement initiatives and projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication throughout the organization.
  8. Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans to address quality issues.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the organization.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance the quality of healthcare services provided by Molina Healthcare.
  11. Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
  12. Prepare and present reports to senior management on quality management performance and progress.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Quality Management Or Quality Improvement Within The Healthcare Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Accreditation Standards, Such As Ncqa And Hedis.
