- Act as a liaison between the Quality Management department and other departments within the organization.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as government agencies and accrediting bodies, to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
- Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of the Quality Management department.

Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Public Health.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Quality Management Or Quality Improvement Within The Healthcare Industry.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Accreditation Standards, Such As Ncqa, Hedis, And Cms.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Leadership.
