  • Develop and implement quality interventions and compliance strategies to maintain high-quality healthcare standards within the organization
  • Monitor and evaluate existing quality initiatives to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for corrective action
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
  • Conduct thorough analyses of healthcare data, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements to enhance overall quality of care
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, including providers, clinical staff, and management, to ensure a thorough understanding of quality interventions and compliance initiatives
  • Prepare and present reports on quality measures and interventions to leadership and regulatory agencies
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to healthcare quality interventions and compliance and make recommendations for implementation within the organization
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for quality interventions and compliance related inquiries and projects
  • Participate in internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulations
  • Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures related to quality interventions and compliance to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Quality Interventions And/Or Compliance In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Healthcare Quality And Compliance, Including Cms And Ncqa Guidelines.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
