Job Description

Molina Healthcare is seeking an experienced and motivated Specialist, Provider Network Administrator to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical expertise, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accuracy of provider data and ensuring the accuracy of provider records within the Molina Healthcare network. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of experience in a related field. Experienced in analyzing and validating provider data and information, and experienced in working with provider networks and data systems are also required. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, and the ability to work well with staff at all levels. In addition, the successful candidate must have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure accuracy of provider data and records within the Molina Healthcare network.
  2. Analyze and validate provider data and information.
  3. Work with provider networks and data systems.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to ensure quality assurance.
  7. Multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  8. Troubleshoot and solve problems.
  9. Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  10. Develop and oversee policies and procedures related to provider networks and data systems.

  • Strong Communication
