  1. Conduct thorough and accurate eligibility screenings for Molina Healthcare members.
  2. Utilize knowledge of various healthcare programs and benefits to determine eligibility for members.
  3. Communicate effectively with members and assist them in understanding their healthcare options.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and external organizations to gather necessary information for eligibility determinations.
  5. Maintain detailed and organized records of eligibility screenings and related information.
  6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  7. Continuously monitor and evaluate eligibility processes to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Keep up-to-date with changes in healthcare policies and programs to accurately inform members of their eligibility.
  10. Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines to protect sensitive member information.
  11. Work with a sense of urgency to meet established productivity and quality standards.
  12. Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing Molina Healthcare in a positive light.
  14. Complete any additional tasks or projects assigned by management in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Human Services, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Eligibility Screening For State-Run Healthcare Programs

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Medicaid And Medicare Eligibility

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Diverse Populations

  • Ability To Work Independently And Manage A High Volume Of Cases With Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
