  1. Provide expert guidance and support in the areas of Incident Response, Investigations, and Security (IRIS).
  2. Utilize knowledge and experience in cybersecurity to identify and address potential threats to the organization and its members.
  3. Conduct thorough and timely investigations into security incidents and breaches.
  4. Develop and implement proactive measures to prevent future security incidents.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to continuously improve the organization's security measures.
  7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, employees, and external partners, about security incidents and mitigation strategies.
  8. Participate in the development and delivery of security training and awareness programs.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for colleagues and other departments regarding IRIS.
  10. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of IRIS processes and procedures.
  11. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the organization's security posture.
  12. Attend relevant training and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of cybersecurity.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations, to ensure compliance and protect sensitive information.
  14. Continuously assess and improve IRIS processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure the organization's security standards are met.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Management, Public Health, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Consulting, Specifically In The Area Of Integrated Risk And Insurance Strategy (Iris).

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations, Policies, And Industry Trends.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Leadership.
