
Social & Health Equity Navigator

We are looking for a passionate Social & Health Equity Navigator to join our team and support our mission. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and leading initiatives that ensure access to care and services for Molina Healthcare’s members and communities. You will be a champion of social and health equity and will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and implement strategies that promote health equity.The ideal candidate for this role is a creative problem solver with strong relationship building skills and a deep understanding of health and social equity issues. You should have a proven track record of developing and executing innovative approaches to improving access to healthcare and services, and be an inspiring leader with the ability to engage, motivate and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you must have:• A Bachelor’s degree in public health, public policy, health sciences, social sciences, or a related field• A minimum of five years of experience in healthcare, public health, public policy, or a related field• Demonstrated expertise in social and health equity issues and initiatives• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills• The ability to think strategically and to develop and implement innovative approaches to improve access to healthcare and services• Proven success in developing and managing relationships with stakeholders• An understanding of health disparities and vulnerable populations• A commitment to the mission and values of Molina HealthcareIf you have an unwavering passion for social and health equity, a commitment to advancing our mission, and the qualifications listed above, we would love to hear from you!
