  1. Conduct thorough analysis of risk adjustment data and identify trends and patterns to support decision making.
  2. Develop predictive models to forecast risk factors and assist in setting company goals and strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and integrate data from various sources to improve risk adjustment accuracy.
  4. Utilize advanced statistical methods and software to analyze large datasets and identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to risk adjustment and provide recommendations for improvement.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to risk adjustment and make recommendations for compliance.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members and other departments on risk adjustment methodologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Adjustment Modeling And Analysis In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Software Such As Sas, R, Or Python, And Experience With Data Mining And Predictive Modeling Techniques.

  • Strong Understanding Of Risk Adjustment Methodologies And Regulations, Including Cms-Hcc And Hhs-Hcc Models.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Communicate Complex Concepts And Findings To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
