  1. Conduct data analysis to identify and assess potential risks within the organization.
  2. Utilize predictive analytics to develop models that identify potential risks and provide strategic insights to support decision-making processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources.
  4. Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  5. Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and risk management.
  8. Mentor and train junior analysts on data analysis techniques and risk management practices.
  9. Communicate complex data and analyses in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to data analysis and risk management.
  11. Continuously improve and optimize data analysis processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  12. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and security.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Take ownership of assigned projects and see them through to completion.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on data analysis and risk management within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Or Computer Science.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Adjustment And Predictive Analytics Within The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Proficiency In Statistical Software And Programming Languages Such As Sas, R, And Python.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Data And Regulatory Requirements, Including Cms-Hcc Risk Adjustment Methodology.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Communicate Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
