- Manage and maintain the Oracle HCM Cloud system, including system updates, troubleshooting, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with HR team to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Utilize knowledge and experience in HRIS systems to provide expert support to HR team and end-users.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS system.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the HRIS system, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for enhancements.
- Train and educate HR team members on the use of the HRIS system and its functionalities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in HRIS systems to inform decision-making and system improvements.
- Collaborate with IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the HRIS system.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in HR processes and policies, providing guidance and support to HR team and end-users.
- Act as a project lead in system upgrades, implementations, and other HRIS-related initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive HR data within the system.
- Support HR team in various data analysis and reporting tasks using the HRIS system.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide HR technology strategies and initiatives.

Extensive Experience With Oracle Hcm Cloud: The Senior Analyst Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Hands-On Experience Working With Oracle Hcm Cloud, Including Implementation, Configuration, And Ongoing Maintenance.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Hris Systems: A Strong Understanding Of Hris Systems And Their Functionality Is Essential For This Role. The Senior Analyst Should Be Familiar With Data Management, Reporting, And Analytics Within Hris Platforms.
Advanced Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Analyst, The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Identify Trends And Insights Is Crucial. This Role Requires A Strong Attention To Detail And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues In A Timely Manner.
Hr Process Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Hr Processes And Workflows, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, And Employee Data Management. Experience With Hris System Integrations And Data Migrations Is Also Preferred.
