  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize potential risks and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in healthcare processes and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance healthcare outcomes.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management and quality improvement efforts and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in risk and quality management and proactively identify opportunities for implementation within the organization.
  6. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring a strong focus on quality and risk management.
  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  9. Prepare and present reports on risk and quality performance to senior management.
  10. Maintain a thorough understanding of Molina Healthcare policies and procedures and ensure compliance throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management And Quality Improvement In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Standards, Such As Hipaa, Ncqa, And Cms.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Leadership.
