Job Description

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with customers? Molina Healthcare is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Representative, Customer Experience to join our team!This position requires an individual who is a self-starter and able to work independently. We are looking for someone who is eager to build relationships with customers, has excellent communication skills, and is able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of two years of customer service experience and be experienced in working with customers over the phone or in a face-to-face setting. We are looking for someone who is able to think outside of the box and come up with innovative ideas to improve the customer experience. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and build relationships with customers.
  2. Solve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
  3. Work independently and use problem-solving skills.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers over the phone or in person.
  5. Generate innovative ideas to improve the customer experience.
  6. Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  9. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.
  10. Update customer information and records in the database.
