Molina Healthcare is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Representative, Customer Experience to join our team!This position requires an individual who is a self-starter and able to work independently. We are looking for someone who is eager to build relationships with customers, has excellent communication skills, and is able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of two years of customer service experience and be experienced in working with customers over the phone or in a face-to-face setting. We are looking for someone who is able to think outside of the box and come up with innovative ideas to improve the customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and build relationships with customers.
