  1. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers in the Molina Healthcare network.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for providers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  3. Collaborate with various departments within Molina Healthcare to ensure providers are meeting our members' needs and expectations.
  4. Routinely assess provider performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Negotiate contracts and rates with providers to ensure cost-effective and quality healthcare services for our members.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to effectively communicate updates to providers.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to expand the provider network and attract new providers.
  8. Conduct regular provider trainings and presentations to promote understanding of Molina Healthcare's policies and procedures.
  9. Monitor and analyze provider feedback and utilization data to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any provider-related issues or concerns.
  11. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to provider relations.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all provider interactions and communications.
  13. Participate in meetings and conferences to represent Molina Healthcare and promote our mission and values.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the provider relations team.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of provider relations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Provider Relations Management Or Healthcare Contract Negotiation

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations, Including Medicare And Medicaid

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Providers And Internal Teams

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With Experience In Managing And Analyzing Provider Performance Data.
