- Continuously monitor and evaluate provider contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on provider contracts, providing guidance and training to other departments as needed.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Providers.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Contract Negotiation And Management Within The Healthcare Industry.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Laws And Regulations, Including Medicare And Medicaid.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Contract Language And Identify Potential Issues.
