  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Molina Healthcare's provider network and contractual relationships.
  2. Oversee the negotiation and execution of provider contracts, ensuring that they are in line with company goals and objectives.
  3. Monitor and review provider contracts to ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal and finance teams, to ensure that provider contracts are accurately and efficiently processed.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with current and potential healthcare providers, advocating for Molina Healthcare's interests while also addressing any concerns or issues.
  6. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to make informed decisions about provider contracting strategies.
  7. Work closely with the claims and provider relations teams to resolve any contract-related issues or disputes.
  8. Develop and implement procedures and processes to streamline and improve the provider contracting process.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry changes and best practices in provider contracting, and make recommendations for improvements to current processes.
  10. Act as a liaison between Molina Healthcare and its provider community, promoting open communication and a positive working relationship.
  11. Ensure that all provider contracts are accurately documented and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Provide guidance and support to other team members, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate provider contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on provider contracts, providing guidance and training to other departments as needed.
  15. Uphold Molina Healthcare's commitment to delivering high-quality, affordable healthcare to its members by ensuring that provider contracts are in line with company values and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Providers.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Contract Negotiation And Management Within The Healthcare Industry.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Laws And Regulations, Including Medicare And Medicaid.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Contract Language And Identify Potential Issues.
