- Develop and implement programs that support the healthcare needs of Medicare members.

- Create and maintain program budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.

- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure program success.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote programs and engage members.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Serve as a point of contact for member inquiries and concerns related to healthcare programs.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Or Insurance Industry, With A Focus On Medicare Programs.
Demonstrated Experience In Managing Large-Scale Programs And Projects, With A Track Record Of Successful Outcomes.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Medicare Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Stakeholders At All Levels.
