  1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives for Generative AI, Machine Learning, Python, and R within Molina Healthcare.
  2. Lead and manage a team of data scientists to ensure effective project delivery and achievement of goals.
  3. Utilize expertise in data science to analyze and interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for utilizing data science to improve healthcare outcomes for members and communities.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science and provide recommendations for incorporating new techniques and technologies into the company's processes.
  6. Drive innovation and creativity by continuously exploring and testing new data science techniques and approaches.
  7. Develop and maintain data science tools, models, and algorithms to support business objectives and improve efficiency.
  8. Create and present reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the performance of data science initiatives and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the data science team and provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols, to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data.
  12. Represent Molina Healthcare as a subject matter expert in data science at conferences, events, and industry forums.
  13. Act as a liaison between the data science team and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  14. Contribute to the overall growth and success of Molina Healthcare by actively participating in company initiatives and promoting a positive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Generative Ai: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Generative Ai, Including Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, And Probabilistic Programming. They Should Be Able To Design And Implement Cutting-Edge Algorithms And Models For Data Generation And Decision-Making.

  • Expertise In Machine Learning: A Principal Data Scientist At Molina Healthcare Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Machine Learning Techniques And Their Applications. This Includes Supervised And Unsupervised Learning, As Well As Experience With Natural Language Processing And Computer Vision.

  • Strong Programming Skills In Python And R: The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Both Python And R, With A Proven Track Record Of Using These Languages For Data Manipulation, Analysis, And Modeling. They Should Also Have Experience With Relevant Libraries And Frameworks Such As Tensorflow, Keras, And Scikit-Learn.
