Peer Specialist

Our Peer Specialists provide their own unique perspective and understanding of the challenges faced by our members and play a critical role in helping them to achieve their best health outcomes. This is a highly rewarding and meaningful position, so we are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping others and making a difference in the lives of others.The ideal candidate for this role will have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling, as well as experience in peer support services or working with members of the behavioral health community. Additionally, they must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
