- Develop and implement strategies to promote social and health equity within our organization and the communities we serve.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate health equity principles into all aspects of our organization.
- Lead a team of professionals to execute health equity initiatives and programs.
- Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices related to social determinants of health and health equity.
- Work closely with the Director of Health Equity to establish and achieve health equity goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and stakeholders to further our health equity efforts.
- Conduct trainings and workshops to educate staff on health equity principles and how to incorporate them into their work.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health equity programs and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on health equity issues, providing guidance and support to colleagues and leadership.
- Represent Molina Healthcare at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote our commitment to health equity.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations to expand our reach and impact in promoting health equity.
- Communicate progress and outcomes of health equity initiatives to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to health equity.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and innovation in our health equity efforts.
- Embody our organization's values of compassion, integrity, and excellence in all aspects of the job.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Public Health, Social Work, Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Social And Health Equity Issues And Experience Developing And Implementing Strategies To Address Them.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders And Lead A Team.
Knowledge Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Policies Related To Healthcare And Social Equity, Such As The Affordable Care Act And The Social Determinants Of Health.
