
Manager, Social & Health Equity

- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to promote social and health equity for all members of Molina Healthcare.
- Manage and lead a team of professionals dedicated to addressing social and health disparities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social and health equity principles into various aspects of the organization.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to social and health equity, and incorporate them into the organization's initiatives.
- Create and maintain relationships with community organizations and stakeholders to support the organization's efforts towards social and health equity.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social and health equity initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee budget and resource allocation for the Social & Health Equity team.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders about the organization's social and health equity efforts.
- Develop and deliver training and education programs to increase awareness and understanding of social and health equity within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to social and health equity.
- Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and equity within the organization.
- Represent Molina Healthcare at conferences and events related to social and health equity.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in promoting social and health equity.
- Mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential.
- Uphold the organization's mission and values in all aspects of the role.
Bachelor's Degree In Public Health, Social Work, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Community Health, Health Equity, Or Social Services.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Health Disparities And Social Determinants Of Health.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team And Implementing Programs.
Experience Working With Diverse Populations And Building Partnerships With Community Organizations.
