Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the well-being of our members by implementing initiatives and strategies that address social and health disparities.   1. Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to promote social and health equity for all members of Molina Healthcare.
  2. Manage and lead a team of professionals dedicated to addressing social and health disparities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social and health equity principles into various aspects of the organization.
  4. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to social and health equity, and incorporate them into the organization's initiatives.
  5. Create and maintain relationships with community organizations and stakeholders to support the organization's efforts towards social and health equity.
  6. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social and health equity initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Oversee budget and resource allocation for the Social & Health Equity team.
  8. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders about the organization's social and health equity efforts.
  9. Develop and deliver training and education programs to increase awareness and understanding of social and health equity within the organization.
  10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to social and health equity.
  11. Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and equity within the organization.
  12. Represent Molina Healthcare at conferences and events related to social and health equity.
  13. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in promoting social and health equity.
  14. Mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential.
  15. Uphold the organization's mission and values in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Public Health, Social Work, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Community Health, Health Equity, Or Social Services.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Health Disparities And Social Determinants Of Health.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team And Implementing Programs.

  • Experience Working With Diverse Populations And Building Partnerships With Community Organizations.
