  1. Develop and implement reporting and data analytics strategies that align with the overall goals and mission of Molina Healthcare.
  2. Lead and manage a team of data analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and data analysis.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to be tracked and reported on.
  4. Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve data analysis processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data privacy laws in all reporting and data analytics activities.
  7. Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their technical skills and ensure the team's success.
  8. Communicate and present data insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  9. Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in reporting and data analytics to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Analytics, Reporting, And/Or Business Intelligence.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Understanding Of Healthcare Data And Reporting Requirements.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data To Various Stakeholders.

  • Proven Experience In Managing A Team And Leading Projects, With Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills.
