- Lead and manage a team of quality analysts to ensure accurate and timely reporting of quality data.
- Utilize various data analysis techniques to identify areas for improvement within the organization's quality processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of healthcare delivery.
- Monitor and track progress of quality improvement initiatives, and provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and dashboards to measure and monitor performance against established goals and benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to quality management and performance improvement.

- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization through training, coaching, and mentoring of team members.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Quality Analytics And Performance Improvement Within The Healthcare Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Quality Measures And Regulatory Requirements.
Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Interpret Data And Identify Trends.
Experience Managing A Team And Leading Quality Improvement Initiatives.
