- Lead a team of analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data analysis and insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and priorities.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to healthcare data analysis.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare economics and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.

Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Economics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Finance, Preferably In A Managed Care Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Medical Economics, Including Cost Containment Strategies And Financial Analysis.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Medical Economics And Healthcare Reimbursement.
