  1. Develop and implement learning and development strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals.
  2. Lead a team of instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning programs.
  3. Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  4. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
  5. Utilize instructional design principles to design and develop learning materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, and other learning resources.
  6. Manage the budget and resources for learning and development initiatives.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and incorporate them into training programs.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Communicate with employees at all levels of the organization to promote and encourage participation in learning and development opportunities.
  10. Partner with HR and other departments to identify career development opportunities and create career paths for employees.
  11. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all training and development initiatives.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the professional growth of employees.
  13. Provide reports and updates on the progress and impact of learning and development initiatives to senior leadership.
  14. Continuously seek feedback and make necessary adjustments to training programs to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  15. Serve as a role model for continuous learning and development and encourage others to do the same.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Instructional Design, Training, Or Learning And Development.

  • Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Experience With Learning Management Systems And E-Learning Development Tools.
