- Develop and implement strategies for acquiring and managing clinical data in alignment with Molina Healthcare's mission and goals.
- Oversee the collection and organization of clinical data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and establish processes for data collection, validation, and analysis.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of data analysts and coordinators, ensuring their professional development and growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external data partners and vendors.
- Regularly communicate data findings and insights to internal stakeholders and leadership, providing actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including HIPAA and HEDIS.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in data acquisition and management.
- Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for data acquisition and management processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain data systems and tools.
- Manage department budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical data acquisition and management, providing guidance and support to colleagues across the organization.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Clinical Data Acquisition And Management: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Clinical Data Acquisition Processes, Including Data Collection, Cleaning, And Analysis. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Clinical Data.
