- Oversee and lead the HEDIS/Quality Improvement data overreading process.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of HEDIS and quality improvement data by conducting thorough reviews and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any gaps or deficiencies.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in data overreading.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives based on data analysis and industry best practices.
- Monitor and track progress of quality improvement initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HEDIS and other quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in quality measures to ensure Molina Healthcare remains in compliance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HEDIS and quality improvement, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on data accuracy and quality improvement efforts.
Extensive Knowledge Of Hedis And Quality Improvement: A Lead Overreader At Molina Healthcare Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Hedis Measures And Quality Improvement Processes, Including Data Collection, Analysis, And Reporting.
Experience In Healthcare Quality Management: Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Quality Management Role, Preferably Within A Managed Care Organization.
