As the Lead Overreader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of HEDIS and quality improvement data.   1. Oversee and lead the HEDIS/Quality Improvement data overreading process.
  2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of HEDIS and quality improvement data by conducting thorough reviews and analysis.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any gaps or deficiencies.
  4. Train and mentor team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in data overreading.
  5. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives based on data analysis and industry best practices.
  6. Monitor and track progress of quality improvement initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HEDIS and other quality standards.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in quality measures to ensure Molina Healthcare remains in compliance.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on HEDIS and quality improvement, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  10. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on data accuracy and quality improvement efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Hedis And Quality Improvement: A Lead Overreader At Molina Healthcare Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Hedis Measures And Quality Improvement Processes, Including Data Collection, Analysis, And Reporting.

  • Experience In Healthcare Quality Management: Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Quality Management Role, Preferably Within A Managed Care Organization.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data Is Crucial For A Lead Overreader. Candidates Should Have Experience Working With Large Datasets And Be Able To Identify Trends And Patterns To Drive Quality Improvement Initiatives.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Lead Overreader, Accuracy Is Essential. Candidates Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify Discrepancies And Errors In Data.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Communication With Various Departments And Stakeholders, Including Providers, To Coordinate Hedis And Quality Improvement Efforts. Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Necessary For Success In This Role.
