  1. Lead and manage a team of data analysts to ensure efficient and accurate data analysis processes.
  2. Utilize expertise in SQL and Databricks to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven insights.
  4. Develop and implement data analysis strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  5. Conduct regular data quality checks and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  6. Use statistical methods and tools to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data.
  7. Communicate complex data analysis findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
  8. Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data storage, management, and retrieval processes.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics to continuously improve processes.
  10. Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  11. Develop and maintain documentation of data analysis processes and findings.
  12. Lead the development and implementation of data visualization tools and dashboards.
  13. Continuously assess and improve data analysis processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Proactively identify opportunities for data-driven decision making and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy regulations in all data analysis activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Proficiency In Sql And Experience With Databricks Platform, Including Data Warehouse Design, Development, And Maintenance.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Data And Industry Trends, With The Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Actionable Analytics Solutions.
