Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead Analyst, Healthcare Analytics to join our Molina Healthcare team. In this role, you will have a chance to be a part of an innovative and collaborative team that is focused on improving the healthcare experience for our members. You will be responsible for leading a team of analysts in developing and delivering meaningful insights to drive healthcare decision making.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of excellent technical, communication, and analytical skills. You should be comfortable working with large datasets, performing analysis, and developing recommendations.We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about improving healthcare and has a strong desire to learn and grow. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of analysts in developing and delivering meaningful insights to drive healthcare decision making.
  2. Perform data analysis using large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships.
  3. Develop recommendations based on the results of the analysis.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of the analysis.
  5. Develop and maintain processes and systems to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all analysis.
  6. Present complex data in an easy to understand manner.
  7. Stay up-to-date with healthcare industry trends and best practices.
  8. Participate in research initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes and systems.
  9. Develop reports and presentations to senior leaders.
  10. Develop and implement standards and guidelines for healthcare analytics.
