  1. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support Molina Healthcare's mission of providing quality healthcare to members.
  2. Lead and manage a team of analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data analysis and insights.
  3. Develop and implement data analysis strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
  5. Communicate complex data analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  7. Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate key metrics and trends.
  8. Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure accuracy and consistency of analysis.
  9. Train and mentor junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge in data analysis.
  10. Drive continuous improvement in data analysis processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support data analysis needs.
  12. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  13. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies and procedures.
  14. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track the impact of data analysis initiatives.
  15. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and optimize data storage and retrieval processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Or Information Systems.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Proficiency In Sql And Other Data Querying Languages, As Well As Experience With Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Analysts, As Well As The Ability To Mentor And Develop Junior Team Members.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Data And Industry Regulations, Such As Hipaa And Hedis, And The Ability To Apply This Knowledge To Drive Business Decisions And Improve Data Quality.
