- Assist individuals with disabilities and older adults in managing their long-term care services and supports.

Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Counseling Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In The Disability Field, Preferably Working With Individuals With Developmental Disabilities.
Certification As An Iris Consultant Through The Wisconsin Department Of Health Services.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Wisconsin's Iris Program And Its Policies And Procedures.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Individuals, Families, And Community Resources.
