1. Coordinate and manage the care of our members with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) by conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, and monitoring progress.

13. Foster a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy for members with IDD and their families.
14. Act as an advocate for our members, ensuring their rights and preferences are respected and their voices are heard.
